In my mind, if I search for “frog” and there are emails that contain
the word “frogs” they should be found.
My experience has been that gmail search is not this flexible/smart/friendly… The search term “frog” will not find “frogs”
Is there a flag/switch/option to modify this behaviour ?

Can gmail search be made “substring safe”
